Joan Dutrow

Joan provides career coaching to Eastside students and alumni. She has a B.A. from UC Berkeley and a master's in education from Ohio University. She started her career teaching in community colleges, and then spent over 20 years as a human resources professional with expertise in leadership coaching/training and organization development. In 2018, Joan started the next phase of her career, using her HR skills to benefit non-profit organizations. In addition to supporting Eastside alumni, she leads training programs for the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI).
